The 2008 World Series of Poker
The 2008 World Series of Poker is by far the biggest, most prestigious
poker tournament of the year. MySportsbook.com Poker wants to send you there.
Last year's main event winner took home over $8Million. This year

Starting March 1st, we're not only offering you the chance to win
a $12,000.00 prize package to the main event, we're also giving
away $2,000.00 prize packs to the $1,500.00 buy-in NL event on June 30th.
You'll have several ways to win one of these great prize packs.
Whether it's through a low buy-in cash satellite, a direct buy-in
super satellite or a Gold chip qualifier event, we're going to make
it easy for you to win some serious cash.

The full value of your prize package will be credited directly into your

2. GOLD RUSH We'll
also be running several Gold Rush tournaments each month where for only

3. GOLD CARD DAILY LOTTERY
From March 1st until the end of June we'll be giving away 50 WSOP

Terms and Conditions
- WORLD SERIES OF POKER and WSOP are trademarks of Harrah's License
Company, LLC, and are in no way connected with MySportsbook.com Poker.
- Players who qualify for the WSOP main event or event 52 through
MySportsbook.com Poker will have their poker account credited with
the full value of their prize package
- Offer only open to players aged 21 and over. Employees and immediate
family members of employees of MySportsbook.com Poker, its associated
companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies are
not eligible to take part in the Promotion. Entry to the Promotion
is limited to those people who are resident in countries where their
registration and use of the Cardroom is permitted by the law of
their country.
- The company reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any
customer and customer accounts may be suspended until satisfactory
proof of age is provided.
- By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer
is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms
and conditions published by this website.
- The Promoter does not accept liability for any WSOP tournament
here at MySportsbook.com Poker not taking place, being postponed or
delayed for circumstances beyond their control. Any disputes
relating to the provision of the Prize must be taken up with MySportsbook.com
Poker
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate
the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without giving you
any prior notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do
so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The
Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any
late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications
or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly
or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause
the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
- WSOP Prize Package winners
- All prize package winners will be responsible for registering
themselves into the main event along with booking their own travel
and hotel accommodations
- In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the "World
Series of Poker – I" currently scheduled in July 2008
(the "WSOP"), the undersigned player ("Player"),
hereby agrees as follows:
- Grant of Rights: The Player acknowledges that MySportsbook.com
Poker and its successors, assigns and licensees (collectively, "MySportsbook.com
Poker") will be photographing and exploiting films and/or
television specials or other audio visual works of and/or about
the WSOP (jointly and severally the "Programs").
The Player consents to such filming and exploitation of the Programs,
and hereby irrevocably grants to MySportsbook.com Poker the right
to film, record, edit, reproduce and otherwise use Player's name,
likeness, biographical information, appearance, actions, conversations
(including, without limitation, "behind the scenes"
footage and filmed interviews with Player) and/or voice (the "Recordings")
in, and in connection with, the Programs and in connection with
the advertising, publicizing, exhibition and exploitation thereof
and of other audio-visual works and any and all derivative,
subsidiary and/or ancillary uses related thereto, in whole or
in part, by any and all means, media, devices, processes and technology
now or hereafter known or devised in perpetuity throughout
the universe.
- Release of Rights: The Player agrees that they will make no
claim of any kind against MySportsbook.com Poker as a result of
any of the uses described above, and irrevocably and unconditionally
waives and releases MySportsbook.com Poker and its invitees, participants,
from all claims arising out of such use, including, without limitation,
any claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of Player's
right of publicity, defamation (including libel and slander)
and any other personal and/or property rights. The Player hereby
confirms that Player has the authority to grant to MySportsbook.com
Poker the right to use the Recordings and that MySportsbook.com
Poker's exercise of such rights shall not violate or infringe
any rights of any third party. The Player understands that
MySportsbook.com Poker has been induced to proceed with the production,
distribution and exploitation of the Programs in reliance upon
this agreement.
- Non-transferability: WSOP prize packages are non-transferable:
Qualifiers cannot sell, transfer, or award their WSOP seat to
anybody else. The ID of the finalist will be checked against your
MySportsbook.com Poker account details and proof of age, identity
and address will be required.
- Ability to travel: All final table qualifiers will be required
to hold a valid passport
- The WSOP will be played live in Las Vegas in July 2008. Any
qualifiers unable to attend the final table will be posted and
folded until their chips are gone and their final position and
any prize money determined. There is a limit of one WSOP Seat
per player and all players must be of the legal age of majority
as determined by the laws of the country in which they reside.
- Management's decision is final.
