=== Dodgers and Bako agree on one-year deal === Los Angeles, CA (My Sportsbook) - The Los Angeles Dodgers signed veteran catcher Paul Bako to a one-year contract, the team announced Thursday. Bako, 32, spent last season with Chicago, where Cubs' pitchers had a 3.53 ERA while he was behind the plate. In 49 games last year, he had 28 hits in 138 at bats for a .203 batting average. "He has superior game-calling skills and adds depth to our catching corps." For his career, Bako is a .239 batter with 129 RBI in 517 games during stints with the Cubs, Tigers, Astros, Marlins, Brewers, and Braves.
