Eindhoven, the Netherlands (My Sportsbook) - PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes will miss Friday's match against Utrecht due to a groin injury. Gomes, 23, injured the groin during PSV's 2-0 win over arch rival Ajax last Sunday. The Brazilian, who signed with PSV from Cruzeiro last summer, is also likely to miss a Champions League match against Rosenborg on Tuesday. It is unknown how long Gomes will be out, and Edwin Zoetebier will start in his place. Gomes has been a key member of PSV's impressive season, posting five consecutive clean sheets in the Eredivisie. Gomes joins midfielder John de Jong on the shelf for PSV. De Jong is out for three weeks after suffering a knee injury against Ajax. However, defenders Andre Ooijer and Alex are both back in training after recovering from injuries.
