Green Bay, WI (My Sportsbook) - Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair and Green Bay Packers signal-caller Brett Favre are expected to start Monday night's game at Lambeau Field. McNair missed the Titans' 38-17 loss to San Diego last week due to a bruised sternum and Favre suffered a concussion in a loss to the Giants. Favre is also nursing a sore left shoulder. McNair's injury hospitalized him for two days two weeks ago. McNair, last year's co-MVP, was injured in the fourth quarter against Jacksonville on September 26 and was taken to the hospital after the contest. Billy Volek replaced McNair and went 39-of-58 passing for 278 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions last week against the Chargers. Favre sustained the concussion when Giants defensive lineman William Joseph knocked him to the ground in the third quarter. He left the game for two plays, but returned on fourth-and-five and threw a 28-yard touchdown pass. Doug Pederson then replaced Favre for the remainder of the contest. Pederson completed 7-of-17 passes for 86 yards and was intercepted once.
