Ashburn, VA (My Sportsbook) - Washington safety Matt Bowen suffered a season- ending knee injury during Sunday's 17-10 loss to Baltimore. Bowen tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee covering a punt during the first quarter. He recorded 20 solo tackles in five games this season. "He played extremely well for us." Washington head coach Joe Gibbs said. In five seasons with St. Louis, Green Bay and the Redskins, Bowen has played in 37 games and recorded 142 solo tackles, including two sacks.
