Atlanta, GA (My Sportsbook) - Houston Astros outfielder Carlos Beltran is questionable for Thursday's Game 2 of the National League Division Series after leaving the opener when he was hit in the ribs by a pitch. Beltran, who went 3-for-3 with a two-run homer and scored three times, stayed in the game after he was hit by Juan Cruz and eventually scored in the visitors' seventh. However, the All-Star did not come out to play the field in the home half. X-rays taken were negative, but Beltran was in noticeable pain after the game. "It hurt him pretty good," Astros manager Phil Garner said. "Got him real good, solid in the ribs. He's sore right now. He was having trouble breathing when I got over there." Beltran ended the regular season with a .267 average, 38 homers and 104 RBI while splitting time with Kansas City and the Astros. Houston won Game 1 of the best-of-five series 9-3.
