=== Seattle Mariners Team Report - September 21 === (My Sportsbook) - The Mariners will try to get back on the winning track tonight, when they battle the Anaheim Angels in the middle test of a three- game series. Taking the mound for Seattle tonight will be 41-year-old lefthander Jamie Moyer. The southpaw has lost 10 consecutive decisions and hasn't won since June 18 -- a span of 16 starts. Moyer took a loss against Anaheim last Thursday, as he gave up four hits and six runs -- two earned -- over seven frames. The lefty walked and struck out three in the defeat. Moyer has not been successful against the Angels this year, going 0-3 with a 6.16 ERA. In his lifetime, Moyer is 15-13 with a 4.62 ERA in 38 outings versus Anaheim. Ichiro Suzuki finished 2-for-4 with a run scored for Seattle to get within 19 hits of George Sisler's all-time record of 257 with 12 games left to play. Raul Ibanez and Jolbert Cabrera added three hits apiece. Ryan Franklin (4-16), who earned his first win since June 5 by outpitching Lackey and blanking the Angels his last time out, lasted only five innings in this one. He surrendered four runs on 11 hits to go with a pair of strikeouts. Seattle's Miguel Olivo is hitless in his last 30 at-bats. Mariners designated hitter Edgar Martinez missed his second straight game with a sore toe. Martinez is questionable for tonight's contest. Seattle is only 19-52 on the road. Anaheim is 13-5 against the Mariners this season, including a 6-2 home record. Since the start of last season, the Angels are 21-16 versus Seattle.
