Buffalo, NY (My Sportsbook) - Syracuse center Arinze Onuaku will sit out Sunday's NCAA Tournament second-round matchup against eighth-seeded Gonzaga with a right quadriceps injury. Onuaku suffered the injury in the team's loss to Georgetown in the Big East Tournament quarterfinals. It is unknown whether he will be available to play should the top-seeded Orange advance to the Sweet 16, where they would face Butler. The 22-year-old posted averages of 10.5 points and 5.1 rebounds per contest this season. It was previously reported that the 6-foot-9, 275-pounder has been undergoing various treatments and aquatic training exercises to aid in recovery.
