=== Toronto Blue Jays Team Report - September 8 === (My Sportsbook) - The Toronto Blue Jays will continue their three-game series with the Anaheim Angels when they play the middle contest tonight at Angel Stadium. In Tuesday's opener, Bartolo Colon struck out seven in seven strong innings for the win, and the Angels banged out 11 hits to beat Toronto, 5-2. The Angels were hitless against Toronto starter David Bush until they scored two runs in the fourth inning for a 2-0 lead. Bush (3-4) took the loss, giving up five runs -- four earned -- on nine hits through 5 2/3 innings. He finished without a strikeout or walk. Toronto has lost three of four. Gregg Zaun belted a two-run homer for the Blue Jays, who have dropped three of four contests. The Angels have won four of seven meetings with Toronto this season after the Blue Jays won seven of nine matchups in 2003. Justin Miller will try to rebound from a few tough outings, as he takes the ball for the Blue Jays tonight. Miller has struggled in his last two starts, posting an 0-1 mark and an 11.80 ERA in those outings. His latest setback came on Thursday against Seattle after he was pounded for five runs and six hits in just 3 2/3 innings. The 27-year-old righthander is 1-0 with a 5.09 ERA in five career games (three starts) against the Angels.
