Kansas City, MO (My Sportsbook) - Kelsey Griffin scored 24 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, leading third-ranked Nebraska to a 63-46 victory over Kansas State in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Tournament. Cory Montgomery contributed 13 points with 10 boards for the Huskers (30-0), who will play the winner between Texas and Texas A&M in Saturday's semifinals. Kari Kincaid and Jalana Childs each scored 10 points for Kansas State (14-18). The Wildcats kept it close for the entire first half and went into the break down just 27-26. It was still a one-point game a few minutes into the second half, but Nebraska opened some breathing room with an 8-2 run for a 40-33 edge. Two free throws by Griffin gave Nebraska an 11-point advantage with 10:59 to play and the Huskers blew it open soon after. A layup by Taelor Karr pulled Kansas State within 49-40, but Nebraska scored the next 11 points to put it away.
