Bristol, TN (My Sportsbook) - Nextel Cup veteran Ken Schrader captured the pole for Wednesday night's O'Reilly 200 Craftsman Truck Series race at the Bristol Motor Speedway. The No.52 Chevrolet driver circled the .533-mile short track in a record 15.118 seconds (126.922 m.p.h.). The previous mark of 15.529 seconds, set in August 2003 by Ted Musgrave, was surpassed by 18 drivers. The pole victory was the first for Schrader in 52 attempts dating back to 1995. Starting on the front row with Schrader will be Mike Skinner who posted a second-best time of 15.234 seconds. Row two will consist of David Starr (15.254) and Shane Hmiel (15.266). Series points leader Bobby Hamilton will start 13th in the 36-truck field. The No.4 Square D Dodge driver is currently leading the series championship by a season-high 84 points over Dennis Setzer. Setzer will start 18th. The race is scheduled to begin tonight at 9 p.m. (et).
