New York, NY (My Sportsbook) - The New York Rangers have signed defenseman Jason Marshall. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Marshall split last season with Minnesota and San Jose, posting one goal and six assists in a combined 24 games. The Sharks acquired him in early March and he appeared in each of San Jose's 17 playoff games. The 33-year-old veteran has played in 503 NHL games with St. Louis, Anaheim, Washington, Minnesota and San Jose, registering 16 goals and 47 assists for 63 points. Marshall was originally selected by St. Louis with the ninth overall pick of the 1989 NHL Entry Draft.
