New York, NY (My Sportsbook) - Florida, Alabama and Texas remained the top three teams in the latest Associated Press college football poll, with little change in the rankings until the bottom.

The Gators (11-0) received 36 first-place votes and a total of 1,463 points from a nationwide media panel for the second consecutive week to retain the top spot. Florida extended its winning streak to 21 straight games with a 62-3 rout of overmatched Florida International on Saturday and hosts Florida State next week before heading to Atlanta for the SEC Championship Game against Alabama on December 5.

Alabama (11-0) also had an easy Saturday with a 45-0 thrashing of FCS foe Chattanooga and garnered 13 first-place votes -- one fewer than last week -- and a total of 1,428 points to hold at No. 2. The Crimson Tide will head to Auburn on Friday for the Iron Bowl before going to Atlanta.

Texas (11-0) picked up the extra top tally for 11 and has 1,425 points to keep the third spot. The Longhorns wrapped up the Big 12 South on Saturday with a 51-20 rout of Kansas and will next visit Texas A&M on Thanksgiving before taking on Nebraska in the Big 12 title game.

The next six spots in the poll remain unchanged, as TCU stayed fourth and was again followed by Cincinnati, Boise State, Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh and Ohio State.

Oregon, after its double-overtime victory at Arizona on Saturday night, moved up one spot to complete the top 10. LSU, which had been 10th, dropped seven places after losing at Ole Miss.

The second 10 consists of Oklahoma State, Penn State, Iowa, Virginia Tech, Clemson, Oregon State, LSU, BYU, Miami-Florida and Ole Miss. The Rebels are back in the rankings after their win Saturday in Oxford.

California, Utah, North Carolina, Southern California and Houston are the last five teams ranked this week. The Bears and Tar Heels each rejoined the poll after victories on Saturday. Cal won "The Big Game" at Stanford, 34-28, knocking the Cardinal out of the poll, while North Carolina thumped Boston College, 31-13.

In addition to Stanford, which had been No. 14, Wisconsin and Rutgers also tumbled out. The Badgers were ranked 17th but lost to Northwestern, while the Scarlet Knights squeezed into the poll last week at No. 25 and had a short stay after taking a 31-13 beating at Syracuse.

Just one game next week pits a pair of ranked teams, as Utah visits BYU in the annual Holy War.
