The Italy striker has found himself in hot water with some irate Inter fans after claiming to have been a Rossoneri fan growing when visiting a hospital in the city earlier in the week. "You can never tell when he is joking around," said sister and advisor Cristina Balotelli. "He just wanted to crack a joke to attract the attention of the children.
