Lawrence, KS (My Sportsbook) - Tyrel Reed hit four three-pointers and was one of four Jayhawks to finish with 12 points, as No. 1 Kansas cruised to a 94-44 drubbing of Central Arkansas in the second game of the Hall of Fame Showcase.

Sherron Collins, Marcus Morris and Xavier Henry each netted 12 points for Kansas (3-0), which was coming off a hard-fought, two-point win over Memphis on Tuesday. The Jayhawks shot 55.9 percent from the floor, including 11-for-20 from three-point land in the blowout.

Jared Rehmel led Central Arkansas (1-2) with 11 points, as the Bears shot just 25.5 percent from the field en route to dropping two straight since a season- opening win over Hendrix.

Rehmel hit Central Arkansas's only three-pointer of the game to cut Kansas' lead to 8-5 early in the game. However, the Bears went the next 12-plus minutes without a basket.

Kansas used a balanced attack on the subsequent 23-0 run, capped by a Henry jumper with 5 1/2 minutes left in the half.

It was 37-15 in favor of the hosts at the break, and the second-half storyline remained the same, with the Jayhawks ripping off the first 10 points.

Mike Pouncy stopped the run with a layup, but it was one of just four field goals hit by the Bears in the opening 10 minutes of a lopsided second half.
