Ashburn, VA (My Sportsbook) - Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis will miss his second straight game Sunday against the Cowboys, the team announced Thursday. Portis is still recovering from a concussion suffered on November 8 against the Falcons. He has not seen the practice field since the incident and was in street clothes in Washington's Week 10 win over Denver. Ladell Betts saw the bulk of carries in his absence and rushed for 114 yards and a score. The 28-year-old Portis has a team-high 494 yards on the ground but just one rushing score in eight games this season. Also on Thursday, defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth rested his ankle for the second straight practice session. He is expected to be a game-time decision for Sunday's NFC East battle.
