Buffalo, NY (My Sportsbook) - The Buffalo Bills have reportedly fired head coach Dick Jauron. The Buffalo News reported Tuesday that team owner Ralph C. Wilson Jr. told the paper Jauron has been fired, and that the team has not decided on an interim coach. Jauron was in his fourth year as head coach of the Bills, who fell to 3-6 after losing to Tennessee, 41-17, on Sunday. Buffalo has never had a winning record under Jauron, as the team went 7-9 in his first three seasons. Prior to joining the Bills, Jauron spent two seasons with Detroit as defensive coordinator and completed the 2005 campaign as interim head coach. The Lions were 1-4 under Jauron in 2005. Jauron went 35-46 in five seasons as head coach of the Chicago Bears from 1999 through 2003 and was the NFL Coach of the Year in 2001 following a 13-3 finish, the only year in which he has had a winning record as head coach.
