Cleveland, OH (My Sportsbook) - Cleveland Browns wide receiver/kick returner Josh Cribbs has reportedly been released from the hospital after taking a big hit on the final play of Monday's 16-0 loss to Baltimore. Cribbs lateraled the ball after a reception on the final play and immediately was leveled by a defender. He lay on the ground while trainers attended to him, then was immobilized and taken off the field for what head coach Eric Mangini called precautionary reasons. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported Tuesday that Cribbs sent a text message to agent J.R. Rickert at 3:48 a.m., saying he was being released from the hospital and that he was okay. Following the game, Mangini said Cribbs had feeling in all parts of his body.
