Cleveland, OH (My Sportsbook) - Cleveland Browns wide receiver/kick returner Josh Cribbs was carted off the field after taking a hit on the final play of Monday's 16-0 loss to Baltimore. Cribbs lateraled the ball after a reception on the final play and immediately was leveled by a defender. He lay on the ground while athletic trainers attended to him before being taken off for what head coach Eric Mangini called precautionary reasons. "The reason we took him off on the board was more of a precautionary measure than anything else," Mangini said. "He'll get some tests now, but that's the information that I just got." Cribbs made just the one catch for 10 yards in Monday's game. |
