Oklahoma City, OK (My Sportsbook) - Baron Davis scored 17 of his 24 points in the second half, boosting the Los Angeles Clippers to a 101-93 win over the Thunder, offsetting a 40-point night for Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant.

Chris Kaman tallied 25 points and seven rebounds for the Clippers, who snapped a three-game skid. Al Thornton finished with 20 points for Los Angeles, which finished the game on a 9-0 run.

"We did a much better job down the stretch," said Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy. "We executed, we got points. We got stops when we needed them."

Durant shot 14-of-25 from the field, but couldn't help the Thunder to a win, one night after they came away victorious at San Antonio. Russell Westbrook chipped in 17 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, while Nenad Krstic scored 10.

The Thunder, who beat the Clippers at the Staples Center 83-79 on Wednesday, shot just 3-of-20 from three-point range.

"Down the stretch, we were right there," stated Durant. "That's what we have to realize, that we've got to be more careful with the basketball, make shots, play defense, rebound the basketball and we'll be alright."

Westbrook's jumper moved the Thunder to a 93-92 lead, but Kaman's layup off Davis' assist, edged LA to the lead for good with 1:46 remaining.

Westbrook then missed a jumper, and Davis countered with a dagger, a three- pointer from the top of the arc with 43 seconds to go.

Jeff Green was off the mark on a wide-open three-pointer from the right corner, and Thornton jammed with 29.2 seconds left for a 99-93 cushion. That effectively sealed the victory. Westbrook missed a layup and Davis capped off LA's win by sinking a pair of free throws.

The Clippers carried a 26-23 lead into the second quarter and moved ahead by double digits later in the period. Kareem Rush's layup had the Clippers in front, 49-39, with 2:07 remaining in the half, and the visitors saw a 49-41 lead at intermission.

They stretched the advantage to 54-41 a minute into the third, but the Thunder responded with an ensuing 20-6 spurt to go ahead following a pair of foul shots from Westbrook. Oklahoma City led, 76-75, heading to the fourth.

Game Notes

The Clippers have won five of the last seven meetings...Westbrook went 5-of-17 from the field...Durant also had eight rebounds...The Clippers continue a three-game road trip at New Orleans Tuesday before playing at Memphis Wednesday...Oklahoma City will play four of its next five on the road, including Tuesday's contest at Miami.
