Enschede, Netherlands (My Sportsbook) - Bryan Ruiz scored two minutes into the second half and Twente held on for a 1-0 win over Ajax on Sunday to remain unbeaten and maintain its lead in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Twente has won 11 of its 13 matches and leads fellow unbeaten PSV Eindhoven by two points. PSV beat Den Haag 5-1 on Sunday.

Theo Janssen assisted on the lone goal when he drove a free kick into the area and Ruiz rose highest to head into the upper-left corner.

Ola Toivonen bagged four goals to lead PSV to its easy victory over Den Haag, which was down to nine men early in the second half.

Also Sunday, Michal Papadopulos scored twice as Heerenveen built a three-goal lead and edged Utrecht 3-2, Brett Holman scored the tying goal for AZ in a 1-1 draw against Feyenoord, and NAC rolled to a 4-0 win over Willem II.

Earlier this weekend, Groningen beat Heracles 4-1 on Friday, and Vitesse beat Venlo 2-0, Roda edged Sparta 2-1 and RKC topped NEC 1-0 on Saturday.
