NEW YORK (AP) -A minor league pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds' organization has been suspended for 50 games for using and possessing a performance-enhancing substance. Jose Marmolejo played for the Reds' team in the Dominican Summer League. He was penalized Friday. The Reds suspended Marmolejo for 10 games late last season while his case was being reviewed.
