OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -Tulsa and No. 18 Houston renew their Conference USA rivalry this weekend and history suggests anything can happen. Two years ago, Tulsa routed Houston 56-7. And last year, Houston returned the favor at home, beating the Golden Hurricane 70-30. The two teams are both trying to win the C-USA West Division.
