CHICAGO (AP) -Ten years to the day he died, the Chicago Bears will honor Walter Payton with a ceremony at halftime of Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. There will be a video tribute. His family will gather at midfield and his wife Connie will address the crowd at Soldier Field during the ceremony. The NFL's all-time leading rusher when he retired, Payton was first diagnosed with a rare liver disease called primary sclerosing cholangitis and then cancer before he died on Nov. 1, 1999.Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press.
