Stockholm, Sweden (My Sportsbook) - Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis advanced to his first final in over two years without even taking the court on Saturday. A right elbow injury forced his opponent, top-seeded Swede Robin Soderling, to withdraw prior to their semifinal match at the Stockholm Open. The 2006 Australian Open runner-up, Baghdatis' last ATP World Tour final appearance came at Halle in June 2007. He is 2-4 all-time in title matches, last winning at Zagreb in February 2007. Baghdatis will next face Belgian Olivier Rochus, who outlasted Brazilian Thomaz Bellucci 7-6 (7-4), 4-6, 6-3 in a two-plus hour marathon. Rochus reached his first final since a runner-up showing in Mumbai two years ago. Baghdatis won the lone previous meeting with Rochus.
