Charlotte, NC (My Sportsbook) - Charlotte Bobcats guard Raja Bell could miss up to four months after reportedly tearing a ligament in his left wrist. The timeline for Bell's return to the hardwood depends on whether or not he opts for surgery. According to the Charlotte Observer, Bell will seek a second opinion from a hand specialist in Chicago before deciding a proper course of recovery. It's unclear how much time Bell would miss should he choose to forgo a procedure. The ninth-year pro joined the Bobcats through an early December trade last season that saw Jason Richardson head to Phoenix. Bell averaged 13.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 45 games (44 starts) for Charlotte last season. The 33-year-old also knocked down 70 three-pointers for the Bobcats on 44 percent shooting from beyond the arc.
