Landover, MD (My Sportsbook) - Washington Redskins head coach Jim Zorn will not have playcalling duties, it was decided after the team's 14-6 loss to Kansas City on Sunday. The decision was made after Zorn met with Vinny Cerrato, the Redskins' executive vice president of football operations, after the loss. Cerrato thought Zorn had too many responsibilities as head coach, and Zorn agreed with the decision. The team is expected to decide on a new playcaller Monday. The Redskins' offense has struggled this season, averaging just 13.2 points per game -- the fourth-worst amount in the NFL. Washington, which is 2-4, has accumulated that figure while playing mostly below-average teams, as each of the Redskins' opponents this season did not have a win at the time they played Washington.
