FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) -Mark Sanchez spent much of last week cramming with Braylon Edwards, both players trying to quickly get to know each other's tendencies. The two proved to be quick studies, showing an immediate chemistry in the loss at Miami. Sanchez-to-Edwards could be the type of connection the New York Jets count on for years. A lot of it had to do with Sanchez being able to overcome a miserable performance at New Orleans and bouncing back with a solid, turnover-free outing. Having a big new target certainly helped. Sanchez says he feels he has a lot of room for improvement but is getting better.Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
