NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -Tennessee veteran defensive end Jevon Kearse says he didn't stick around to watch the game against Indianapolis after being a healthy scratch, visiting with family instead. And if deactivated again? Kearse says that will depend on how he's feeling. Kearse had started 21 games since being signed to a two-year contract in 2008. But his production is down, and he said Wednesday he was told he needed to be healthier. Kearse hasn't been on the injury report. Coach Jeff Fisher didn't fine Kearse and says the issue is over. Teammates declined Wednesday to say how they would feel if scratched 90 minutes before kickoff, and several insisted the Titans, who went 13-3 in 2008, remain committed and together despite their 0-5 start.Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press.
