Miami, FL (My Sportsbook) - Ronnie Brown scored a pair of touchdowns and his two-yard draw to pay dirt with six seconds left in regulation allowed Miami to steal a 31-27 victory over AFC East rival New York. Chad Henne, in his second career start, finished with 241 yards and two touchdowns on 20-of-26 attempts and converted a pair of big third downs on Miami's final drive. Brown finished with 74 yards on 21 carries, while Ted Ginn and Anthony Fasano each caught a TD for the Dolphins (2-3), who were coming off a 38-10 rout of Buffalo and won their first home game against the Jets since 2005. Ricky Williams had 138 yards from scrimmage for the victors. Braylon Edwards had a memorable debut for the Jets (3-2), catching five balls for 64 yards and a touchdown and setting up a pair of Thomas Jones scores in the fourth quarter, when the two teams combined for 35 points. Mark Sanchez, coming off a four- turnover performance in a 24-10 loss to the Saints last week, played mistake-free football and ended with 172 yards and a TD on 12-of-24 passes in the loss.
