Portsmouth, England (My Sportsbook) - Avram Grant has every intention of working alongside Paul Hart at Portsmouth and does not foresee any problems in their relationship. The former Chelsea manager returns to Fratton Park as director of football after working in a similar role when Harry Redknapp was Pompey's boss in 2006. Grant told The Sun: "We will decide everything together. I will work with him fully. I know what the job is that we must do. I am coming to a team in a bad situation. "All our efforts must be to save the team from relegation - then we will decide the next step forward. England is a country where at first they treat you with suspicion if you are from a little country. I have come through this now and am okay. "There were some very warm headlines about my appointment, it has warmed my heart. I had a good conversation with Paul Hart and we will work together. "I will start work on Monday but things are not easy. It is also a new team from when I was here before." Pompey are currently bottom of the Premier League table after taking only three points from their opening eight games of the campaign. (Courtesy of sportbox.tv)
