ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) -Boston Red Sox manager Terry Francona is feeling better after a bout of food poisoning. He said before Friday night's playoff game against the Los Angeles Angels that he had a ``bad night'' Thursday. Francona missed the pregame introductions for Game 1, although he was on the bench as the Red Sox lost 5-0. ``I just got flat-out food poisoning,'' he said. ``Believe me when I tell you, I got rid of it.
