Madrid, Spain (My Sportsbook) - Real Madrid director Jorge Valdano does not think his team rely too heavily on Portugal international Cristiano Ronaldo. Real have won every game this season when the former Manchester United star has been playing but lost to Sevilla when he was injured at the weekend with Marcelo starting in his place. Valdano said when asked about Ronaldo: "How is he not going to be missed? 'That does not mean that the team can't work perfectly without him. It's too early to say that there is dependency. "Marcelo is a left-sided player and central midfielder. He's 21-years-old. He is very young and has been making progress. We must not condemn him for one game. We believe he has a future here."
