Everton, England (My Sportsbook) - Everton striker Jose Baxter has been released on police bail following his arrest for possession of drugs and counterfeit money. The 17-year-old from Bootle was arrested alongside two other men for possession of cannabis and fake cash in the Kirkby area of Liverpool on Monday. The Toffees have declined to comment on the news concerning their youngest ever first-team player. Baxter was 16 years and 191 days old when he made his debut on the opening day of the 2008-09 season. "Three men have been arrested in Kirkby on suspicion of possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of counterfeit money," said a spokesman for Merseyside Police.
