ST. LOUIS (AP) -Published and broadcast reports say radio personality Rush Limbaugh and St. Louis Blues owner Dave Checketts are joining together in a bid to purchase the St. Louis Rams. KMOX Radio and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch report that the Checketts group has made a bid on the Rams and would keep the team in St. Louis. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello declined comment to The Associated Press on Tuesday, and the Rams said in a statement that a ``strategic review'' continues. In a statement to KMOX, Limbaugh confirms the bid but would not name additional partners. Georgia Frontiere moved the Rams from Los Angeles to St. Louis in 1995.
