Allen Park, MI (My Sportsbook) - Detroit rookie quarterback Matthew Stafford is considered day-to-day with a right knee injury, according to Lions head coach Jim Schwartz. Schwartz gave the brief update Monday, adding he will know more Wednesday. Stafford left Sunday's loss to Chicago in the fourth quarter, when his leg twisted upon being sacked by the Bears' Adewale Ogunleye. Stafford went 24-for-36 with 296 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the contest, and was replaced under center by Daunte Culpepper.
