New Orleans, LA (My Sportsbook) - The New Orleans Saints put offensive tackle Jammal Brown on injured reserve and re-signed offensive lineman Nick Leckey on Tuesday. The fifth-year NFL veteran Brown has been sidelined since undergoing surgical procedures to repair a sports hernia and a hip injury in August. Brown, the 13th overall pick of the 2005 draft, has started in all 58 games he has played over his career. The 6-foot-6, 313-pound former Oklahoma star has been selected to the Pro Bowl twice (2006, 2008). Leckey, who was inactive for New Orleans' first two games of the regular season, was released by the team on Saturday. The 6-foot-3, 291-pound Kansas State product has played in 57 career games (32 starts) over his first five seasons in the league with Arizona and St. Louis.
