Cleveland, OH (My Sportsbook) - Cleveland Browns head coach Eric Mangini will decide Wednesday as to whom will quarterback the team going forward in the wake of an ugly 34-3 loss to the Ravens on Sunday. Mangini made the declaration Monday concerning the statuses of Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson. The first-year head coach's tactics were similar to start the season as Quinn was not officially named the starter until he stepped onto the field to lead the first-team offense in Week 1. However, an 0-3 start has prompted apparent change after Quinn was benched in favor of Anderson on Sunday. Quinn completed 6-of-8 passes for just 34 yards with an interception on Cleveland's first drive of the game. Anderson took over to start the second half but wasn't much better, throwing an interception on his first drive, which the Ravens subsequently turned into a touchdown and a 27-0 lead. Anderson ended 11-of-19 for 92 yards and three interceptions in the loss, Cleveland's ninth in a row dating back to last season. The Browns have scored just one offensive touchdown in their first 12 quarters of action in 2009.
