St. Louis, MO (My Sportsbook) - St. Louis Rams quarterback Marc Bulger left Sunday's 36-17 win over the Green Bay Packers late in the opening quarter with a right shoulder bruise. The injury occurred when Bulger dropped back to pass and was sacked by Aaron Kampman, causing the quarterback to fumble. He was 3-of-4 for 23 yards before exiting. Kyle Boller took over in his absence and completed 16-of-31 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns. Safety James Butler and wide receiver Laurent Robinson also departed early in the first half with knee injuries.
