Toronto, ON (My Sportsbook) - Hamilton Tiger-Cats wide receiver Arland Bruce III, British Columbia Lions defensive back Korey Banks and defensive end Rick Foley and Montreal Alouettes kicker Damon Duval were named the CFL's top players for the 12th week of the season on Tuesday. Bruce III was named the Offensive Player of the Week after catching six passes for 105 yards and two touchdowns during Hamilton's 24-17 win over Calgary on Friday. He leads the club in TD catches (six) and receiving yards (560). Banks captured Defensive Player of the Week honors after finishing with five tackles, two interceptions and one sack during the Lions' 23-17 win over Toronto on Saturday. Named the Special Teams Player of the Week was Duval, who was perfect on all five of his field goal attempts in Montreal's rout of Winnipeg on Sunday. This is the second time this season that Duval was won this award. Rounding out the weekly winners was Foley, who earned Canadian Player of the Week accolades for accumulating seven tackles and three sacks versus the Argonauts. Foley is now in a three-way tie for the league lead with eight sacks.
