Philadelphia, PA (My Sportsbook) - Spain's Rafael Cabrera-Bello fired an 11- under 60 on Sunday to come from behind and win the Austrian Open, helping him soar in the world rankings. Cabrera-Bello climbed 93 places to No. 127 this week. At the top of the rankings, there was little change with the PGA having a week off. Tiger Woods easily remained No. 1 and was again followed by Steve Stricker, Phil Mickelson, Paul Casey, Henrik Stenson, Kenny Perry, Sergio Garcia, Padraig Harrington, Jim Furyk and Geoff Ogilvy to round out the top 10. Much of the next 10 remained the same as well. Lee Westwood stayed put in 11th and was trailed by Stewart Cink, Martin Kaymer, Vijay Singh, Sean O'Hair, Camilo Villegas, Lucas Glover, Zach Johnson and Retief Goosen. The only change in the top 20 came with Ian Poulter inching up one to 20th, knocking Anthony Kim down a notch to 21st.
