Vienna, Austria (My Sportsbook) - Spain's Rafael Cabrera-Bello fired an 11- under 60 on Sunday to come from behind and win the Austrian Golf Open.

Cabrera-Bello completed his first European Tour win at 20-under-par 264 and became only the 13th player on the circuit to shoot a 60.

"I really still don't believe I won," Cabrera-Bello gushed. "I was so far back that in the beginning I wasn't thinking about winning. Then, I started playing really good and didn't want to get myself thinking about whether I could or couldn't (win), because you shouldn't be thinking that stuff on the course.

"I just tried to play a shot at a time. Today, it worked out really, really good."

With his closing 60, he erased an eight-stroke deficit entering the final round. Two players wiped out 10-shot deficits in European Tour history, including Paul Lawrie at the 1999 British Open.

Benn Barham, who led after the first three rounds, managed a two-under 69 in the final round to end two back at minus-19. Soren Hansen shot three-under 68 to take third at 17-under-par 267.

Cabrera-Bello caught and passed Barham on the back nine, but the Spaniard had equally as impressive nines.

He flew up the leaderboard with three straight birdies from third at Fontana Golf Club. If that wasn't good enough, Cabrera-Bello touched off a run of four consecutive birdies with a four-footer on the eighth.

He followed with birdie putts of seven and six feet before tapping in a two- footer for birdie on 11th. That run gave him a share of the lead at 16-under.

Cabrera-Bello, playing three groups ahead of Barham, sank a five-footer for birdie on 13, then rolled in a 14-foot birdie try on 14. He was still tied for the lead though as Barham made birdies on 11 and 12.

At the 16th, Cabrera-Bello took the lead for good with a nine-footer for birdie. He closed out his round with a chance at being the first European Tour player to ever shoot 59.

However, he could only two-putt for birdie from over 50 feet to finish at 20- under.

"I had shot 61 before, but 11-under is the lowest round I've had," admitted Cabrera-Bello, who also won in Austria on the Challenge Tour. "I don't know if I'll ever go as low."

Barham, who was also looking for his first tour title, was one-over through 10 holes with nine pars and a bogey on the third. Once passed by Cabrera-Bello, Barham started to put up a fight.

The Englishman converted a five-foot birdie effort on 11 and made it two in a row as he birdied the 12th from 11 feet out. Barham fell behind with three straight pars from the 13th.

With Cabrera-Bello waiting on the range, Barham closed within one thanks to a birdie at 16. He two-putted for par from 22 feet on the 17th, then drove into the rough at the last. Barham played his second down the fairway, before hitting his third to 16 feet.

With a chance at forcing a playoff, Barham left his birdie putt short and right of the hole. Despite the loss, he still posted his best career finish on the European Tour.

Richard Bland closed with a five-under 66 to take fourth place at 15-under-par 269. Louis Oosthuizen (69) was one shot back at minus-14.

Richard Green (71), Simon Wakefield (66), Pablo Martin (67) and Seve Benson (66) shared sixth at 13-under-par 271.
