Minneapolis, MN (My Sportsbook) - Minnesota Lynx All-Star center Nicky Anosike underwent successful surgery Tuesday to repair a lateral meniscal tear in her right knee. Anosike sat out the last four games of the season with the injury but will be ready for the start of the 2010 campaign. In her second season in the league, the 6-foot-3 center led Minnesota in scoring (13.2 ppg), rebounding (7.4 rpg), assists (2.7 apg), steals (2.70 spg) and blocked shots (0.93 rpg). |
