Uncasville, CT (My Sportsbook) - Kerri Gardin poured in a game-best 23 points, grabbed eight rebounds and doled out five assists to lead the Connecticut Sun past the Indiana Fever, 95-85, at Mohegan Sun Arena. Sandrine Gruda added 22 points for the Sun (16-18), who won two of three to close out the season on the heels of a five-game slide. Tan White finished with 11 points off the bench in the triumph. Tamika Catchings gave 13 points and five boards for the Fever (22-12), who closed out the season with consecutive setbacks but still own the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Shay Murphy, Tamecka Dixon and Jessica Davenport all finished with 13 points off the bench in the setback. |
