East Rutherford, NJ (My Sportsbook) - New York Giants cornerback Aaron Ross will miss the team's opening game against Washington on Sunday with a hamstring injury. Ross was set to begin his third season with the Giants as the starting cornerback but has been bothered by the ailment. The 26-year-old first-round choice from 2007 started 15 games last year for New York, recording three interceptions, eight passes defensed and 52 tackles. The Texas product has played in 30 career games -- 24 starts -- all with the Giants. Listed as doubtful on the team's injury report is offensive tackle Adam Koets (ankle) and linebacker Clint Sintim (groin), while cornerback Kevin Dockery (hamstring) is listed as questionable.
