ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) -Buffalo Bills reserve defensive tackle Spencer Johnson returned to practice after missing three days with a bruised thigh. Coach Dick Jauron said Thursday he's ``a little bit optimistic'' that Johnson will be able to play in Buffalo's season-opener at New England on Monday night. Reserve cornerback Drayton Florence practiced on a limited basis for the second straight day, though it's unlikely he's ready to play after missing three weeks with a knee injury. Reserve tight end Derek Fine has still not been cleared to practice because of a hamstring injury.Copyright © 2005 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
