Auburn Hills, MI (My Sportsbook) - Deanna Nolan finished with a team-high 19 points and eight rebounds to lead the Detroit Shock to an 84-75 victory over the Chicago Sky. Kara Braxton added 17 points and seven boards off the bench for Detroit, which has won three in a row. With the victory, the Shock (16-15) gained the inside track on the third seed in the Eastern Conference. Indiana has already clinched the conference, while idle Atlanta (17-15) sits in second place. Cheryl Ford added 13 points in the win. Shyra Ely and Candice Dupree each poured in 18 points for Chicago, which has dropped two of three. The Sky also got 10 points from Jia Perkins. The Shock entered the final quarter down by one, but outscored Chicago 27-17 in the final stanza on the way to the victory.
