Newton, IA (My Sportsbook) - Mike Skinner will start on the pole for Saturday's inaugural Lucas Oil 200 Camping World Truck Series race after winning qualifying at Iowa Speedway. Skinner lapped the 0.875-mile oval at 137.052 m.p.h. (22.984 seconds) in his No.5 Randy Moss Motorsports Toyota for his 48th career Truck Series pole. Skinner's last pole came in the 2008 season-ending race at Homestead. T.J. Bell qualified at 136.057 m.p.h. in his No.11 Red Horse Racing Toyota to claim the outside pole. Matt Crafton will start third, followed Colin Brawn and Skinner's teammate Tayler Malsam. Johnny Sauter, Brian Ickler, Aric Almirola, Austin Dillon and Terry Cook will roll off sixth through 10th, respectively. Dillon, who is the grandson of team owner Richard Childress, will make his first start in the series. Points leader Ron Hornaday Jr. qualified 15th. Hornaday currently holds a 220- point advantage over Crafton. Dillon Oliver is the only driver who failed to qualify. Today's 200-lap race is scheduled to begin around 9:45 p.m. (et).
