Angel McCoughtry added 26 points, a career-high 10 assists, and five boards for the Dream (17-14), who are 1 1/2 games ahead of third-place Detroit in the Eastern Conference playoff race. Iziane Castro Marques ended with 16 points and six helpers. Sancho Lyttle finished with 15 points for Atlanta, which set a franchise record with 32 assists. Nicole Powell scored 23 points for the Monarchs (11-21), who sit in the basement of the Western Conference. DeMya Walker added 19 points, while Rebekkah Brunson finished with 13 points in defeat.
