New Orleans, LA (My Sportsbook) - Patrick Cobbs ran for a touchdown to help Miami defeat New Orleans, 10-7, in the final preseason game for both clubs.

Starting quarterback Chad Pennington played two series for the Dolphins (4-0), completing 8-of-11 passes for 57 yards. Backup Chad Henne threw for 89 yards on 11-of-16 attempts.

Joey Harrington finished 13-for-19 with 115 yards for the Saints (3-1), who rested several starters, including signal-caller Drew Brees.

Miami opens the regular season at Atlanta on September 13th, while the Saints host Detroit the same day.

Dan Carpenter put the Dolphins on the board in the first quarter with a 41- yard field goal. Cobbs' six-yard jaunt made it 10-0 with about seven minutes to go before halftime.

Rod Harper's 55-yard punt return in the fourth quarter capped the scoring.
